Signs of Memory Loss (Alzheimer's disease, dementia)


After going through the meaning, types and causes of memory loss, here are the signs or symptoms:


1. gradual memory loss for recent events


2. inability to learn new information


3. growing tendency to repeat oneself, misplace objects


4. confused and lost at times


5. a slow disintegration of personality, judgement and social graces


6. irritating behavior


7. anxiety


8. depression


9. confusion


10. restlessness


But, what can one do to improve memory? Is there any hope for this?
