Peanut allergies are the most common cause that may lead to the deadly anaphylactic shock. This type of allergy occurs mainly from the allergens present in the peanuts and the body gets abnormal overreactions after consuming peanut or peanut products. The immune system on mistakenly finding the proteins in the legumes of a peanut harmful, responds by releasing antibodies and these antibodies further release histamines into the blood stream. 9. Excessive coughing

11. Itching or tingling in the mouth and throat
12. Swelling in the lips, mouth and face
13. Sudden Increase or fall in the Pulse Rate
14. Red Rashes on the skin or hives
15. Emotional disorder and depression resulting in Migraine and frequent headaches.
These things should never be neglected as we must not forget that the chances of outgrowing other types of allergies with age are quite high but outgrowing peanut allergy is quite a hard ‘nut’ to crack. Do keep in mind that its symptoms may be mild or severe but it may result in the life threatening effect on a person.
