8. Low self-esteem or a distorted outlook on life
9. Traumatic childhood experiences like the death of a parent, rejection, chronic illness, or sexual abuse
10. Introvert by nature
These causes can play havoc to your future life and lead to certain inferiority complexes. Your whole life and success depends upon your childhood experiences.
