1. BLEU CHEESE SALAD DRESSING

Carbs per Serving: 1g total 

Ingredients: 

1 tablespoon sour cream

2 teaspoons mayonnaise

2 teaspoons heavy cream

1 tablespoon bleu cheese

1 teaspoon powdered ranch dressing mix 

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together and chill before you serve. 

2. BLT SALAD

Carbs per Serving: 7g total 

Ingredients:

7 slices of Bacon – cooked (crisp, drained and crumbled)

1 cup chopped lettuce

1/8 cup chopped onion

½ medium tomato (chopped)

1 tablespoon Mayonnaise 

Method:

Stir mayo into lettuce, onion and tomato until the mixture gets evenly coated. Toss in bacon. 

3. BACON CHEESEBURGER SALAD

 

Carbs per Serving: 7g total 

Ingredients:

3 ounces lean ground beef (crumbled, cooked and drained)

4 slices bacon – cooked (crisp, drained and crumbled)

1 cup chopped lettuce 

1/8 cup chopped onion

½ medium tomato – chopped

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

¼ cup cheddar cheese (or I ounce) 

Method:

Stir mayo into lettuce, onion and tomato until the mixture gets evenly coated. Then toss in beef, bacon and cheese.  Now your Bacon Cheeseburger Salad is ready to serve.

 

4. BROCCOLI, OLIVES AND EGG SALAD

Serves: 4

Carbs per Serving:?

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

Fresh broccoli florets

Boiled eggs

Green olives

Red onion

Mayonnaise

Black pepper

Paprika

Salt

Method:

Put the quantity of ever ingredient according to your taste. I would prefer 1 bunch of broccoli3 eggs – chopped in large pieces½ cup of olives½ large red onion chopped Rest of the ingredients according to your choice, but do not forget to add some black pepper to it. Now mix all the ingredients together and coat the mixture well with mayonnaise. Chill and Serve.

5. CREAMY ITALIAN DRESSING

Carbs per Serving: 46g total

Ingredients:

¾ cup yoghurt – plain

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons heavy cream

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

½ teaspoon oregano – dry

½ teaspoon basil – dry

Stevia – to equal

½ t. sugar

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste 

Method:

Mix all the ingredients well. Now chill the salad for several hours or overnight.
